Frequently asked questions

Open My Trips, select the booking and choose "View details". Date changes depend on your fare or rate: flexible fares can usually be changed free of charge, while promotional fares may carry an airline change fee plus any fare difference. Hotel stays can typically be amended up to 48 hours before check-in.
Go to My Trips, open the trip and choose "Cancel this trip". If your fare or rate is refundable, we start the refund automatically the moment the cancellation is confirmed. Non-refundable bookings may still be eligible for a credit or a tax refund depending on the provider's rules.
Once a refund is approved, the money is released within 1–2 business days from our side. Card refunds usually land within 5–10 business days depending on your bank; wallet refunds are instant and can be used on your next booking right away.
It varies by airline and fare brand. The exact allowance is shown on every flight card before you book — look for the bag icons — and is repeated on your e-ticket. Light fares often include only a cabin bag, while Standard and Flex fares typically include at least one 23 kg checked bag.
Yes. Extra bags can be added from the trip details page in My Trips up to 4 hours before departure. Adding baggage online is usually 30–50% cheaper than paying at the airport counter.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, wallet credit, and — in selected markets — pay-later options. All payments are processed over encrypted connections and we never store your full card number.
The most common reasons are a typo in the card details, an expired card, insufficient funds, or your bank flagging an unfamiliar travel purchase. Double-check the details, then contact your bank to approve the transaction and try again — your fare is held for a short time during checkout.
Most airlines open online check-in 24–48 hours before departure and close it 60–90 minutes before. We email you a reminder with a direct check-in link as soon as your airline's window opens.
Usually not — most airlines accept a mobile boarding pass shown from your phone. A few low-cost carriers and some airports still require a printed pass, and this is always flagged on your e-ticket. When in doubt, the airline desk can print one for you.
First check your spam or promotions folder for a message containing your DT- booking reference. Your booking also always appears in My Trips, where you can re-download every document. If it's not there within 30 minutes of paying, contact us via live chat and we'll trace the payment.
